As an investment director on Wellington's Private Investments Capital Formation Team, Mark is responsible for the product and commercial strategy for our growth equity and venture capital platform. He serves as business and investment oversight of these strategies and coordinates the strategy, fundraising, and messaging for the funds. He is also responsible for fund governance and risk oversight, product development and investor relations. He is based in Radnor.

Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2022, Mark was a senior associate in the Investor Relations Team at Bain Capital (2019 – 2022). Before that, he worked as a senior private markets investment associate at Meketa Investment Group (2017 – 2019).

Mark earned his BS in finance and management & leadership and BA in philosophy from Boston College (2017).
