Jahon is a venture associate on Wellington’s late-stage growth team. He works alongside sector leads to source and diligence private company investments with a focus on health care and opportunities in Asia.

Prior to joining Wellington, he was an associate at Arboretum Ventures (2017 – 2021) and an M&A analyst at UnitedHealth Group (2015 – 2017).

Jahon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance, summa cum laude, from University of Minnesota.
