As the head of Equity Capital Markets, Matt is responsible for the effective, accurate, compliant execution of equity and equity-linked transactions including cash, syndicates, derivatives, commodities, and commodities derivatives. He also recruits and develops investment talent.

Before assuming his current role, Matt was head of Americas cash trading and was a leader on the global syndicate desk focused on IPOs, secondary offerings, and large block trading. Prior to joining Wellington in 2021, he was a senior trading analyst at Harvard Management.

Matt holds a BS in finance from Bridgewater State College.
