Thomas partners with equity investment teams to help ensure the integrity of their investment approaches. This includes meeting regularly with the teams and overseeing portfolio positioning, performance, and risk exposures. His responsibilities also include developing new products and client solutions and managing business issues such as capacity, fees, and guidelines. Additionally, he meets with clients, prospects, and consultants to communicate our investment philosophy, strategy, positioning, and performance. 

Thomas joined the firm in 2018 from MFS, where he was in a similar role covering global equities, emerging markets equities, and multi-asset strategies. Previously, he worked at AXA Rosenberg as an investment specialist, as well as with BNP Paribas as a product manager and fund analyst. 

Thomas holds a master’s degree in service administration and management from the University of Trier (Germany). Additionally, he holds the Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) designation.
