Osman is a venture associate on the Late Stage Growth Team within private investments. He works alongside the Investment Team in all aspects of the late-stage growth deal process, which includes assisting the team with sourcing, diligence, and management of portfolio companies. His focus is on the health care, consumer, and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Wellington Management, Osman was vice president at Revolution Growth where he identified, researched, and qualified new and follow-on investments in high growth, tech-enabled, consumer and enterprise companies across various sectors. Previously, he also worked as an M&A investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Osman graduated with honors from University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce, where he earned a B.S. in commerce, concentrations in finance and management (2016).
