Caitlin is a principal on our Wellington Climate Growth Investing team. In this role, Caitlin helps source and diligence the firm’s private investment activity in growth-stage, asset-light companies using software, automation, and AI to modernize constrained systems across energy, manufacturing, supply chains, and the built environment.

Prior to joining Wellington Management, Caitlin was an associate on the sustainable and impact banking team at Barclays Investment Bank (2019 – 2022), where she advised high-growth climate tech companies across the energy transition, agriculture technology, circular economy, and water verticals on capital-raising and M&A transactions.

Caitlin holds a B.S. in management with concentrations in finance & business analytics and philosophy from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
