Hillary leads a team that helps portfolio companies build strong operational foundations that can support and sustain long-term performance and success. The Private Markets Value Creation Team enables client introductions and connections, facilitates knowledge-sharing, and provides guidance on key stewardship areas including corporate governance, talent management, sustainability, and climate risk.

Prior to her current role, Hillary was a public markets ESG analyst covering the consumer and health care sectors. Before joining Wellington, she was a senior research associate at Forrester Research.

Hillary holds a BA in international relations and Hispanic studies from Brown University.
