Steve is president of the firm and serves as one of the firm’s three managing partners, who are collectively responsible for the governance of the Wellington Management partnership. As president, he works closely with our CEO in managing the entire firm and has primary responsibility for our Client Platform. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and the Operating Committee.
