Jenny is a venture associate for Wellington private climate investing. In her role, she works alongside the private climate sector leads to help source and diligence the firm’s private company investment activity in late venture and early growth stage companies to develop solutions that help mitigate and/or adapt to climate change.

Outside of Wellington, Jenny sits on the Investor Practices Program Advisory Group of Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC) as the co-lead on the adaptation & resilience workstream.

Prior to this role Jenny was a physical risk analyst on the Sustainable Investment Team. She helped investors integrate climate research into their investment processes for portfolios across the firm. She worked on Wellington’s physical climate risk research partnership with Woodwell Climate Research Center and managed communication between the scientists, Wellington, and Wellington’s strategic climate partners. Previously, she was an investment science associate on the Investment Data Science Team, where she focused on the Research Data Analytics (RDA), or “big data” initiative, which included climate science research and the assessment of climate risks on the capital market.

Jenny earned her BA in physics with a minor in computer science at Wellesley College.
