Ravi oversees the firm’s private real estate credit investment activity and works closely with portfolio managers, global credit analysts, and other global research resources firmwide to identify and pursue investments. He also helps develop and manage investment talent. 

Prior to joining Wellington in 2025, Ravi was global co-head of commercial real estate (CRE) debt and head of US private CRE debt for PIMCO. Before that, he was an investment leader with the CIM Group, worked on the large loan/institutional accounts team at GE Capital Real Estate, and was a senior associate with Sterling Equities.

Ravi holds a BS in finance and accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
