Molly is a sector lead focused on food and agriculture in Wellington Private Climate Investing. She manages the firm’s private-company investment activity in companies developing climate solutions within food and agriculture, working closely with portfolio managers, global industry analysts, and other global research resources within the firm to identify and pursue investments. As the climate innovation effort continues to grow, she will help build the team, develop investment talent, and further integrate Wellington’s research capabilities into this emerging business.

Prior to joining Wellington Management, Molly was an investment director at Danone Manifesto Ventures (2018 – 2021), where she led all aspects of the investment process for early to growth stage companies focused on disruptive food, beverage, and foodtech companies. She was previously a vice president of marketing and sales at Aloha (2016 – 2017), where she oversaw the commercialization and scaling of an early-stage health & wellness start-up.

Molly previously worked as a vice president of marketing at Happy Family Brands (2014 – 2016), as a brand manager at Unilever (2012 – 2014), as an associate brand manager at Slim-Fast (2010 – 2012), and as an equity research analyst at Franklin Global Advisors (2005 – 2008).

Molly holds a B.A in economics from Columbia University (2005) and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School (2010).
