As an investment director on the Private Investments Capital Formation Team, Mark oversees the product and commercial strategy for the firm’s growth equity and venture capital platforms. Specifically, he coordinates strategy, fundraising, and communications for the funds, and is responsible for fund governance, risk oversight, product development, and investor relations.

Before joining Wellington in 2022, Mark was senior associate on the Investor Relations Team at Bain Capital. He also served as senior private markets associate at Meketa Investment Group.

Mark holds a BA in philosophy and a BS in finance, management, and leadership from Boston College. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) designation.
