Calista is an environmental, social, and governance (ESG) analyst covering the consumer and industrials sectors. She conducts research, leads company engagements, and partners with portfolio managers and analysts to advance Wellington’s ESG stewardship and integration efforts. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Calista worked at Baring Asset Management where she co-managed Baring’s ASEAN frontier fund. She has also worked in equity research roles at Citi Investment Management, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust, Hong Leong Asset Management, and Hong Leong Securities. Calista holds a BA in commerce, marketing, and commercial law from the Curtin University of Technology.
