As an investment director in equity product management, Joy works closely with investors in her coverage to help ensure the integrity of their respective investment approaches. This includes meeting regularly with the team and overseeing portfolio positioning, performance, and risk exposures, as well as developing new products and client solutions and managing business issues such as capacity, fees, and guidelines. She meets regularly with clients, prospects, and consultants to communicate our investment philosophy, strategy, positioning, and performance.
Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2011, Joy spent four years at Cambridge Associates, most recently as an associate consultant in the market research group.
She earned her MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and her BA in economics and French cultural studies from Wellesley College.
