Molly is a deal lead in Wellington Climate Growth Investing. She helps manage the firm’s private investment activity in growth-stage, asset-light companies using software, automation, and AI to modernize constrained systems across energy, manufacturing, supply chains, and the built environment. She works closely with Wellington's private investment professionals, global industry analysts, and broader research platform to source, evaluate, and support high-growth businesses delivering operational efficiency, resilience, and productivity.

Molly brings experience spanning private investing, company building, and commercial leadership. Prior to joining Wellington Management, she was an investment director at Danone Ventures, where she led investments in early- and growth-stage companies. Earlier in her career, she held operating and commercial leadership roles at Danone and Unilever, helping build and scale high-growth consumer brands. She began her career as an equity research analyst at Franklin Templeton.

Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Columbia University (2005) and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School (2010).
