As a deal lead for the firm’s Access Ventures Team, Frederik helps source and manage early-stage private investments led by underinvested and overlooked founders.
Prior to joining Wellington in 2021, Frederik was a partner at early-stage venture capital firm Storm Ventures. Before that, he served as the CEO of Stanford Student Enterprises, which manages business enterprises created for and by students. He is the co-founder and board chair of BLCK VC, a nonprofit group focused on connecting, engaging, empowering, and advancing black venture investors.
Frederik holds a BA in political science from Stanford University.
