Ben is an associate on the Growth Lending Team within private investments. He works alongside the Investment Team in all aspects of the deal process, which includes assisting the team with the origination, underwriting, monitoring, and analysis of growth lending deals.

Prior to joining Wellington, Ben served as a vice president at K2 HealthVentures in Boston, where he invested in senior secured, convertible and mezzanine debt and equity of private and public companies in the BioPharma and Life Sciences sectors. Earlier, he served as an equity research associate for SMID-cap and Large-cap Biotechnology, as well as electrical equipment and multi-industry, companies at Stifel in Boston.

Ben earned a BA in economics at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
