As secondaries lead for the Venture Growth Evergreen ("VGE") strategy, Alex is responsible for driving Wellington's secondaries efforts within the evergreen structure, leveraging his extensive experience across private markets.

Prior to joining Wellington, Alex was a deal lead on the Secondaries investment team at Hamilton Lane, a leading private markets firm. During his 11-year tenure, he led numerous secondary transactions capitalized by evergreen funds and played a key role in modernizing the platform while investing across growth equity, venture capital, and buyouts. 

Before Hamilton Lane, Alex spent two years at a hedge fund focused on risk arbitrage opportunities.
Alex graduated from Villanova University with an undergraduate degree. After graduating, Alex earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
