As a long/short portfolio manager and member of the firm’s Hedge Fund and Growth Opportunities teams, Mike manages assets on behalf of Wellington’s clients, drawing on research from our global network of industry analysts, equity portfolio managers, and team analysts.

Before joining the firm in 2022, Mike was a senior analyst at Citadel’s Surveyor Capital, where he invested in the internet, media, cable, and telecommunications subsectors across geographies. Prior to that, he was a private equity investor at GTCR focused on financial technology and, earlier, an analyst at JPMorgan.

Mike holds a BA in economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
