Will works closely with fixed income investors across the firm to help ensure the integrity of their investment approaches. He meets regularly with investment teams; oversees portfolio positioning, performance, and risk exposures; helps develop new products and client solutions; and manages business issues such as capacity, fees, and guidelines. He also meets with clients, consultants, and prospects to communicate investment philosophy, strategy, positioning, and performance.

Will joined the firm in 2018 upon receiving his BS in economics, with first-class honors, from the University of Nottingham.
