Arancha is an experienced macro investor with expertise in long/short investing, mostly in the equities of global financial companies as well as other global sectors. Her investment approach is characterized by active engagement with central banks and financial services company management teams.

Prior to joining Wellington in 2019, Arancha spent two years with Balyasny Asset Management as a global financial equity portfolio manager. She has also served in similar capacities for Moore Capital, UBS, and Asesores Bursátiles.

She holds a BA with honors in European business administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
