Sasha McKenzie is a deal lead for Wellington Management's private company investment activity in early-stage companies led by underinvested and overlooked founders.

Prior to joining Wellington Management, Ms. McKenzie was a principal at H Venture Partners (2019 – 2021), an earlystage venture capital firm. Prior to H Ventures, she was an investment banking associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (2016 – 2019) in the Global Consumer & Retail Group. She started her career as a consultant for RR Donnelley (2009 – 2014) focused on supply chain and logistics for Fortune 500 companies.

Ms. McKenzie holds a B.S. in business from Ohio State University (2009) and an MBA from Columbia Business School (2016).
