Natasha is the head of Wellington Solutions, a comprehensive investment solutions platform with a mission to deliver outcome-oriented strategies to help solve clients’ challenges. The team leverages Wellington's broad investment capabilities, as well as its own expertise across portfolio construction, allocator research, and risk management, to construct and manage solutions across multi-asset, multi-manager, quantitative, hedge fund, and extension strategies.

Natasha sets the strategic direction for the Solutions platform and is highly focused on attracting, retaining, and developing world-class investment talent. She is also a member of the CEO Management Team and chair of the firm’s Risk Committee.

Previously, Natasha was the director of Investment Strategy for EMEA and APAC, among other roles. She joined the firm in 2013, after serving as managing director, global head of sovereigns, and global head of FX sales at Royal Bank of Canada. She also worked at Bankers Trust, State Street, and Morgan Stanley. She received her BA/MA in economics from the University of Cambridge.
