Dapo Ogunfeitimi is an Associate on the Venture Growth Evergreen team within Wellington Management’s Private Investments platform. In this role, he works alongside the investment team in all aspects of the deal process, including assisting the team with sourcing, diligence, and execution across direct and secondary growth equity and venture capital investments. In addition, Dapo is involved in supporting portfolio management activities including liquidity management and ongoing portfolio oversight.

Prior to joining Wellington Management, Dapo was an Associate MBA Fellow at L2 Point Capital, where he supported structured equity investments in growth-stage technology companies through financial analysis, portfolio reporting, and transaction structuring. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Investment Analyst at Flourish Ventures, where he focused on fintech and software investments, after beginning his career in M&A Transaction Advisory at Ernst and Young.

Dapo holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
