As an equity portfolio manager and member of the Capital Appreciation and Growth Opportunities teams, Steve manages equity multi-cap and mid-cap growth portfolios, drawing on research from the firm’s regional and global analysts as well as his own fundamental research. He also has specialized expertise in the consumer and technology sectors and shares his insights across teams.

Prior to joining Wellington in 2001, Steve was an equity analyst at Vinik Asset Management covering the software and retail sectors. He also worked as a research analyst at Colonial Management and Standish, Ayer, and Wood.

Steve holds a BA in economics, cum laude, and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
