Yolanda is an equity portfolio manager on the Global Stewards Team, the firm’s long-term sustainable investment strategy platform that seeks companies based on both their return potential and exemplary corporate stewardship profiles. She chairs Wellington’s Investment Stewardship Committee and serves on the Wellington Management International Ltd Board of Directors. Prior to her current role, Yolanda was a global research analyst specializing in European and Latin American banks with responsibility for managing several of the firm’s research-based portfolios.

Prior to joining Wellington in 2006, Yolanda worked as a sell-side equity analyst for JPMorgan Chase following Eastern European and Latin American banks. Before that, she covered Latin American banks at both SG Cowen and Oppenheimer. She began her career with the World Bank.

Yolanda earned a BA from Tulane University and an MS in international affairs from Columbia University. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
