As an investment director of Wellington's private investment platform, Jillian leads the firm’s product and commercial strategy for our investment grade private credit offerings, overseeing the development, structuring and distribution of the firm’s strategies in this area. She works closely with the private credit investors to help ensure the integrity of their investment approaches. This includes meeting regularly with investment teams and overseeing portfolio positioning, performance, and risk exposures; developing new products and client solutions; and managing business issues such as fees, guidelines and capacity. She also meets with clients, prospects, and consultants to communicate our investment philosophy, strategy, positioning, and performance.

Prior to joining the private credit team in 2024, Jillian worked in the public fixed income product team in both London (2021 – 2024) and Boston (2017 – 2021). She joined Wellington Management upon graduation from Northwestern University through Wellington’s Business Associate Program.

Jillian received her BA in economics, business institutions and legal studies from Northwestern University (2017).
