As an associate director of ESG for Wellington’s private investments business, Drew works alongside Hillary Flynn and the Broader Team. He helps assess ESG factors pre- and post-deals that can have a material impact on the long-term success of portfolio companies – for example, factors related to climate change, supply-chain management, and executive compensation.

Drew previously came from PJT Partners (2021 – 2022) where he advised senior executives and board directors on ESG, sustainability, and shareholder engagement strategies. He also spent three years at Eckhart (2018 – 2020), a PE-owned manufacturer and integrator of industrial robotic and automation systems, where he was responsible for the post M&A integration, P&L ownership, and daily operations of Eckhart – Minneapolis. He was also an ESG analyst at Wellington Management (2015 – 2018).

Drew holds a BA in plan II honors and Latin American studies from University of Texas at Austin (2006) and a master’s in business administration from MIT Sloan School of Management (2015).
