Molly manages the firm’s private investment activity in food and agriculture companies focused on developing climate-related solutions. She is responsible for building the team, developing investment talent, and further integrating Wellington’s research capabilities into this emerging investment area.

Prior to joining Wellington in 2021, Molly was an investment director at Danone Manifesto Ventures, where she led the investment process for early-stage growth companies focused on disruptive food, beverage, and foodtech companies. She has also held senior marketing roles with Aloha and Happy Family Brands and was an equity research analyst with Franklin Global Advisors.

Molly holds a BA in economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
