Sasha is a deal lead for Wellington’s private company investment activity, specializing in early-stage growth companies led by underinvested and overlooked founders.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Sasha served as a principal at early-stage venture capital firm H Ventures and worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the firm’s consumer and retail group. She began her career as a consultant for RR Donnelley, focusing on supply chain logistics for Fortune 500 companies.
Sasha holds a BS in business from Ohio State University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
