Will works closely with fixed income investors across the firm to help ensure the integrity of their investment approaches. He meets with teams to analyse portfolio positioning, performance, and risk exposures; helps develop new products and client solutions; and manages business issues such as capacity, fees, and guidelines. He also meets regularly with clients, consultants, and prospects to communicate the firm’s investment philosophy, strategy, positioning, and performance.

Will joined Wellington in 2018 after receiving his BSc in economics, with first-class honours, from the University of Nottingham.
