Interviewing with us
Interviewing at Wellington Management is a rigorous, yet rewarding, experience. Typically, over the course of several weeks you will meet with many people, each one a stakeholder in the position for which you are applying. This valuable learning process helps us assess your skill set and determine whether you will be comfortable within our culture. At the same time, you learn more about our company, the position, and the people you will potentially be working with.
We want to understand who you are and what makes you unique. You may be asked about past successes, challenges, and lessons learned. For example:
- Discuss a time when you had to adapt to different types of people.
- Describe a situation in which you took a calculated risk. What were your considerations and actions? What did you learn from that experience?
- What efforts have you made to foster diversity awareness and understanding?
While each person we hire has specific skills and expertise, we look to every individual to help perpetuate our culture of collaboration and inclusion. Your willingness to embrace and enhance our culture is as important to the hiring process as your qualifications.
All information you share, including your interest in pursuing a career with us, is kept strictly confidential.
