As Director of Private Investments, Xiaying leads capital formation and client coverage for our private investment strategies across the APAC region, partnering closely with business developers across the country to identify new clients for our private investment capabilities, across both private equity and private credit. She is based in Singapore.

Xiaying was previously head of Singapore and principal within the Client Solutions Group at Hamilton Lane (2016 – 2021), Prior to that, she held various roles at BNP Paribas (2008 – 2016) as an associate director in the Global Markets Institutional Solutions Sales Team, and in the Equity and Commodities Structuring Group.

Xiaying received an MS in finance and a BS in finance from San Diego State University. She also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. She is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker and fluent in English and Spanish.
