Dilene is an associate in the Wellington Access Ventures team. She works alongside the WAV deal leads, contributing to all aspects of the early-stage venture deal process, which includes assisting the team with sourcing, diligence, and supporting portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Wellington Management, Dilene was an Investment Associate at Motley Fool Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund. Prior to moving to New York, Dilene was on the board for VC in DC - a networking group of over 400 venture capitalists based in the Washington D.C. area. She now serves as a New York ambassador for the group.

Dilene holds a Master of Finance and Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.
