Erin is the associate director of private credit within private investments. She works alongside the director of private credit in ensuring that our Private Credit Investment Team has the investment capabilities, fiduciary oversight, and infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of our clients. She is responsible for recruiting, motivating, developing, and retaining private credit investment talent with a focus on mid- and early career investors. She is also a member of the Private Investment Business Leadership Team that leads key initiatives to expand and grow the platform, including leading critical work to support and launch new business lines and strengthen the cross-functional platform.
Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2015, Erin worked as an executive recruiter within the asset management industry for Spencer Stuart (2008 − 2014). In her most recent role, she also served as associate practice leader for the broader financial services practice in North America. Earlier, she was an equity analyst at Citi Investment Research (2004 – 2008), and she began her career as a research assistant at Strong Capital Management (2003 – 2004).
Erin earned her BSBA in finance from the University of Richmond. Additionally, she holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.
