Osman focuses on late-stage private company growth opportunities across the financial services, consumer, and technology sectors. He works closely with investment teams on all aspects of the late-stage deal process, including sourcing, diligence, and portfolio company management. 

Before joining Wellington in 2022, Osman was vice president at Revolution Growth, where he identified, researched, and qualified new and follow-on investments in high-growth, technology-enabled consumer and enterprise companies. Prior to that, he was an M&A investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Osman graduated with honors from the University of Virginia, earning a BS in commerce with concentrations in finance and management.
