Meredith is the associate director of Private Investments. She works alongside the director of Private Investments in ensuring that our Private Equity Investments Team has the investment capabilities, fiduciary oversight, and infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of our clients. She is responsible for recruiting, motivating, developing and retaining private equity investment talent with a focus on mid- and early career investors and private equity business management. She is also a member of the Private Investment Business Leadership Team that leads key initiatives to expand and grow the platform, including leading critical work to support and launch new business lines and strengthen the cross-functional platform.

Meredith joined Wellington Management in 2008. Prior to her current role, she was the business manager of Private Investments, supporting the growth, expansion, and oversight of the private investment business and its integration with the firm. Preceding that role, Meredith has held numerous roles across the firm including a fund development and oversight manager and investment specialist covering a range of alternatives products.

Meredith earned a BA in management from Northeastern University (2008).
