Karoline is an investment strategy analyst in Wellington Solutions, a comprehensive investment solutions platform with a mission to deliver outcome-oriented strategies to help solve clients’ challenges. She leads rates research for the tactical asset allocation process, helping shape cross-asset views and portfolio positioning across the Solutions platform. As a member of the Multi-Asset Investment Committee, Karoline contributes to investment decisions spanning equities, rates, credit, and commodities. 

Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2021, Karoline worked at State Street Associates as a multi-asset quantitative researcher, leading research on smart beta, alpha generation, dynamic asset allocation, and risk management. Her work included enhancing alternative datasets through machine learning and natural language processing.

Karoline holds an MSc in computational data analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BSc in economics, finance, and banking from the University of Portsmouth.
