Wellington Management Company, LLP is a private limited liability partnership, and every one of our partners is a full-time, active participant at the firm.
How does our independence benefit our clients?

- There are no shareholders or other outsiders to whom we answer
- It allows our investment ideas to be truly independent
- We do not have investment banking relationships with the companies in which we invest
