Wellington Management works with select groups to provide internship opportunities for minority students. These groups include:
Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT)
MLT envisions a world where all young people have the opportunity to realize their full career potential. MLT is a national nonprofit organization that has made groundbreaking progress addressing the dramatic under-representation of African Americans, Hispanics, and Native Americans in fast track, entry-level jobs and major graduate business schools as preparation for leadership positions in corporations, nonprofits and entrepreneurial ventures. INROADS
INROADS offers multi-year internships in various industries to qualified minority undergraduates. Founded in 1970, the organization has grown from 1 office and 17 sponsoring companies to over 50 offices and 600 corporate sponsors that include most Fortune 1000 companies. Applicants officially become INROADS Interns once they are accepted by a corporate client and offered a summer internship with that company until graduation. Wellington Management is an annual sponsor of INROADS career development internships. Students may apply online at www.INROADS.org.

JumpStart
JumpStart is a targeted, pre-matriculation diversity program that educates and provides exposure to undergraduate students about the financial services and consulting industries. The program strived to bridge the gap between minority talent wanting to enter the financial services and consulting industries and firms actively seeking to increase minority representation. This is the Undergrad Jumpstart's first year and we are happy to help increase awareness about opportunities in the IM industry, and to educate high potential students early on as they explore career paths in college.

Wellington Management Diversity Committee
The Diversity Committee is established by the Executive Committee to help the firm beome more diverse by fostering an environment and supporting initiatives which encourage diversity of experience, ideas, opinion and background. There are rotating membership slots with 5-year terms so that participation can be broad throughout the firm. This Committee shall include a Managing Partner as one of its members.
